Is the boot camp outside?
Yes! Boot camps are held in "nature's gymnasium" - beautiful outdoor parks in Northwest Washington, DC.
In Meridian Hill Park, we work out amidst the chirping birds, the bees, and the trees. Don't get flustered by a bit of dirt or debris. After all, it's BOOT CAMP!
What should I bring?
Bring water, a yoga mat or towel for cushioning during floor work, and your positive energy. You'll also want to wear layers and warm accessories (gloves and a hat) in chillier months. All exercises require only the weight of your own body, so no fussy equipment necessary.
Once I get to the boot camp location, where can I find you?
You'll find me at the top level of Meridian Hill Park, near the Joan of Arc statue. Periodically we hold evening classes in Logan Circle, and there you'll find me by the equestrian statue facing 13th Street North. I'll usually be wearing a G MOVES top and a bright smile, and carrying a pink yoga mat.
What do I do if I can't find you?
Don't panic! Call me at 415-298-5971. As long as class hasn't started yet, I'll be on the other end, ready to direct you to our workout spot.
What happens if there's a chance of rain?
If it rains during boot camp before we've reached the cool down, class is on me!
Your boot camp rocked. Where can I sign up for a package?
Navigate to my Sign Up tab, pick your package, and you're good. Email me at if you have any questions.
PS - There are no late fees or no-show charges. All class packages (with the exception of the 30-day new student package) are valid for one year from the date of purchase. I know boot camp is hard enough - redeeming and keeping track of your classes shouldn't be.
